承德辰钛矿产品贸易有限公司前身为成立于2011年的天津市拓邦商贸有限公司与成立于2013年的承德瑞辰商贸有限责任公司，两家公司于2019年9月改组成立今天的承德辰钛。创始人张宣标先生、韩小国先生自2007年起即从事钛精矿、钛渣、钛白粉等钛产品的生产、供应与销售，至今已逾十九年。 Founded in September 2019, Chengde Chen Titanium Minerals Trading Co., Ltd. is an integrated enterprise specialized in the production, trading and R&D of titanium mineral products, headquartered in Chengde, Hebei, China. Our founding team has more than 19 years of experience in the titanium concentrate, titanium slag and titanium dioxide sectors.

公司总部位于河北省承德市，下辖四个钛矿生产加工基地、一个国内贸易部和一个国际贸易部，年处理钛中矿90余万吨；2025年销售国内钛精矿40万吨、进口钛精矿2万吨。公司系河北省钒钛行业协会理事单位。 We operate four processing bases across Hebei Province, with a total annual processing capacity of over 900,000 metric tons of titanium middling ore. In 2025, we achieved sales of 400,000 MT of domestic titanium concentrate plus 20,000 MT of imported titanium concentrate, and we serve as a council member of the Hebei Vanadium–Titanium Industry Association.
